YCY-115Z PCB laminator 

YCY-115Z 425×520 Vacuum Laminator is suitable for vacuum lamination on multilayer circuit boards in the industries of PCB, FPC and CCL. The equipment consists of mechanical part, hydraulic system, vacuum system, water cooling system and control system.  The cool-heat combined laminating sheets apply imported aluminum alloy sheets. The hydraulic system applies the parts by Taiwan. The vacuum pump is by SIEMENSE. The water chiller applies DAIKIN 5HP air-cooling compressor(optional). The control system applies OMRON products. The processing parameters are input with man-machine interface by touch screen. It is automatically inspected and controlled by PLC. The temperature rise slope is adjustable. The temperature and pressure can be increased or reduced by grade in 8 grades. There are 6 sets of processing parameters in the system, which can be selected freely.
